Complete Mach-1 System Kits
Tha mach-1 system is avaliable in three versions of the complete kit with everything you need to install the Mach-1 Quick Change System as follows:
- Mach-1 Full Kit — The full kit contains everything you need to adapt your milling machine to the Mach-1 Tool changing system along with a full set of tools and system accessories.
- Mach-1 Starter Kit — The Mach-1 starter kit contains tthe tools you need to adapt your milling machine to the Mach-1 System along with basic tools.
- Mach-1 Step Pulley Kit— The step pulley kit is a version of the complete kit with a shorter drawbar for step pulley type milling machines.
- The Three Axis Mach-1 — Adapt your three axis milling machine to the Mach-1 System.
Mach-1 Full Kit
In addition to the components you will need for converting your milling machine to the MACH-1 Quick Change Tooling System, the Full Package includes a complete set of eleven collets, four collet closers, three end mill holders, a J33 Jacobs chuck adapter, and a quality steel tool tray.

The Mach-1 Full Step Pulley Kit
The Full Step Pulley Kit is for kneemills that have shorter drawbars. Other than a drawbar sized to fit such machines, this kit has everything the Full Kit does.

- Step-Pulley Drawbar Assembly
- 11 piece collet set of 1/8" — 3/4"
- Three endmill holders — 1/4", 1/2", 3/8"

The Mach-1 Starter Kit
The starter kit contains the essential components of the Mach-1 System.
The Mach-1 Starter Kit includes:
- Drawbar Assembly
- Three endmill holders — 1/4", 1/2", 3/8"
- J33 jacobs chuck adapter

- Spanner wrench
- Collet tightening fixture
The Mach-1 for Three Axis Milling Machines
The Mach-1 is ideally suited to enhance three axis milling machines due to the combination of speed and repeatable Z axis offsets.
For three axis machines we offer a handle that replaces the stop that we put at the top of the spindle. Easily installable this handle allows for convenient rapid tool change along with uninterrupted use of DRO’s.
For three axis milling from chip-to-chip nothing is faster than the Mach-1.
