Mach-1 Packages
The Mach-1 system is available in three versions of the complete package with everything you need to install the Mach-1 Quick Change System as follows:
- The Two-Axis Complete Package — The complete two-axis package contains everything you need to adapt your two-axis milling machine to the Mach-1 Tool changing system along with a full set of tools and system accessories.
- The Three-Axis Complete Package
— Adapt your three axis milling machine to the Mach-1 System with the three-axis complete package. This package contains all the components of the two-axis system with a special handle for the three-axis machine.
- The Step Pulley Complete Package — The step pulley package comes complete with an actuator cap that allows the full use of the back gear lever.
- Mach-1 Startup Package — The start-up package contains the basic components you need to upgrade your milling machine to the Mach-1 System.
Mach-1 Complete Two-Axis Package — $1,495
The Mach-1 Two Axis Package contains everything you need to install this quick change tooling system. Utilizing versatile full-size R8 tooling to except all types of end mills this complete package includes a full set of collets, collet closers, end mill holders, hardware and a tool tray… everything you need to perform a variety of milling functions.
Installation is simple using an illustrated reference manual or an online video that guide you step-by-step through the installation process. The manual also has illustrated instructions for operating the Mach-1 system through a wide range of tooling.In addition to the hardware for converting your knee mill to the Mach-1 Quick Change Tooling System, the 2 Axis Package includes a complete set of R-8 collets, collet closers, tool holders, and a tool tray.

The Mach-1 Complete Three-Axis Package — $1,745
The Mach-1 is ideally suited to enhance three-axis milling machines due to the combination of speed and repeatable Z axis offsets created by precision collets & collet closers.
Collet closers maintain the tool length offset to work piece zero enabling collets to be changed as quickly as solid tool holders with the greater range in sizes & higher precision of collets.
The Mach-1 Three Axis Package includes all the same components as the two axis package with a special handle that replaces the actuator cap that mounts on the top of the head. Easily installable, this handle allows for convenient rapid tool change along with uninterrupted use of DRO’s.
For three-axis milling chip-to-chip, nothing is quicker than Mach-1 tooling.

The Mach-1 Complete Step Pulley Package — $1,495
The Step Pulley Package is for knee mills that have step pulley speed control with the back gear located above the spindle. This package comes complete with an actuator cap that allows the full use of the back gear lever and a drawbar assembly sized to fit such machines.

The Mach-1 Start-Up Package — $950
The Start-Up Package contains the basic components and hardware that you need to upgrade your milling machine to the speed of Mach-1 tooling.
This package relies on your R8 collets by including a facing fixture and 10 pull studs. Simply place an appropriate drill blank into your collet, insert the collet into the fixture with a collet closer nut, and then place the fixture into a lathe. Now the threaded end of the collet is faced off to qualify the length. Insert a pull stud and it's ready to use.
